Wicker Doll’s Pram c1880. This dolls pram is very small with cast iron wheels, at first we were not sure as to its originality but we have since seen a Victorian postcard with an almost identical model. In original condition, it came to us unexpectedly with a full sized pram bought at auction and was a complete surprise and a very nice bonus. The doll is quite modern with a very pale face I made her some new clothing, trimmed a little hat I found and made her a new wig out of a real hair piece I found at a table top sale for 50p.

French Doll’s Pram c1895. This small summer pram pictured above and left is in an ‘as found’ condition, it is padded with shredded seaweed as can be seen in the picture. French prams including full sized ones are very often padded with seaweed, not very hygienic as it goes very slimy when damp. Now fully restored see below.
